At Modouge, we want you to shop with confidence. Below are our clear and transparent policies for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

🔹 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after delivery.

🔹 Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

🔹 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🔹 Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
